FEE: $20 (½ price for Juniors: age 20 and younger). The National Rifle Association of America will receive $4.50 of this for classification and administrative fees.
RULES: NOTICE: This is a match for competition; not a training session for those who don't know how to handle firearms!  Competitors should know the fundamentals of rifle marksmanship and firearm safety. Current NRA High Power Rifle rules shall govern; Service Rifle 3.1.3, Match Rifle 3.3, Ammunition 3.17, Classification Evidence 19.7 or Temporary Score Record Book 19.14, Junior (expanded) Classification 19.4.1. Accommodations will be made for those with physical disabilities.
REGISTRATION: 8 A.M. Advance registration is encouraged but not required. Send no money! Telephone match director 360-883-0615 or e-mail entries to tim_roark@hotmail.com. Range capacity limits this match to 30 competitors, 10 per relay. Relay 1 begins at 9 A.M. Relay 2 (if needed) begins at 10 A.M. Relay 3 (if needed) begins at 11 A.M. Entries close at 9 A.M.
EQUIPMENT: Although most competitors will bring their own equipment, Clark Rifles has firearms and ammunition for competitor use. To ensure availability, competitors are urged to reserve a rifle by contacting the match director. Competitors using club firearms may bring their own ammunition, however, it must be of commercial manufacture. Reloaded ammunition is not authorized for use in club-owned firearms. Competitors using unauthorized equipment & rifles are invited to compete however, your scores will not be used for determining awards nor reported to the NRA for classification.
COURSE: 80 Shot Standard Multiple Stage Regional Match Course (2 sighting-shots per match) consisting of:
• Stage 1 - Standing Slow Fire: 22 shots in 22 minutes on the SR-1 target @ 100 yards,
• Stage 2 - Sitting Rapid Fire: 10 shots in 60 seconds - twice on the SR-1 target @ 100 yards,
• Stage 3 - Prone Rapid Fire: 10 shots in 70 seconds - twice on the SR-21 target @ 100 yards,
• Stage 4 - Prone Slow Fire: 22 shots in 22 minutes on the MR-31 target @ 100 yards
AWARDS: Official Final Results Bulletin of Standings (and some awards) will be mailed to each competitor within 30 days. Service and Match rifles WILL NOT form separate award categories. Medals to 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place (the aforementioned winners will not receive class awards). 1st (in class) medal to the high scoring competitor in each classification. Five or more classification entries will establish a 2nd (in class) medal. Eight or more classification entries will establish a 3rd (in class) medal.

• Traveling N or S on I-205 take Exit 32 Padden Parkway East, travel 4 miles.
• When the parkway becomes NE Ward Rd., travel another 2.2 miles.
• At the intersection (4-way stop) where the road becomes NE 182nd Ave. travel another mile.
• Turn East (right) on NE 139th St., travel 2.4 miles.
• Turn North (left) on NE Rawson Rd., travel 1.2 miles. Clark Rifles Inc. is on the right.
